• For Male: 16 Pound Gola Through 16 Feet
• For Female: 12 Pound Gola Through 12 Feet

High Jump:

• For Male: 4 Feet
• For Female: 3 Feet

Long Jump:

• For Male: 12 Feet
• For Female: 9 Feet
